Exterior	Beige bricks in good clean condition, minor paint splatter to a few. Blue wooden cabinet under window. Meter box inside, little dusty and bottom of door has rust marks – broken top right hand side. Letterbox at ground floor of units	1
Wall Mirror	2 x mirrors attached to the wall have surface scratches to them otherwise intact no damage	2
Windows	Panes intact, no damage aluminium frames both with wind out locks, northern window tech screwed shut both in clean condition. Glass marked to external, not accessible to clean due to height	2

Shower Recess	Taps and rose are chrome, a lot of corrosion but working order and clean. While tiles, grout discoloured in places, paint splatter to shower rose base and hairline cracks to the tiles at the base, otherwise in good clean condition. Soap dish in ceramic, in good clean condition, no damage, no soap scum. Shower curtain – white new July 2020	1
Bathroom Basin	White ceramic chrome, secure to wall with one repaired crack and some paint splatter. Chrome taps with minor paint splatter, hot tap missing sticker, grout cracking at tiles, discoloured around drain	1
